Released a few years ago, it was originally a pay by the month gig, and also awful. Original player base numbers were under 130,000 people, and steadily declining.

It has a brilliant premise; cops and robbers. Put a bunch of people in a huge open city map, give them random missions, and have the opposing factions players try and stop them. Sadly, the games vehicles handled badly, there was netcode issues and the gunplay was awful.

So now, it's free to play, the netcode has been substantially improved, and the vehicle handling is better, as is the gunplay. The game is endlessly customisable, from your character to tattoos to clothing even to music and cars.

Well almost exactly a year after I broke our forums trying to secure an antiquated IPB 1.3 install we are back!

Hope you all like the new site. I tried to keep it as close to the original as I could within the constraints of time and available software.

Having said that, I hope we can inject some life into this place and I look forward to catching up with some old friends!
